Malwina Minta

An expert in transfer pricing, business valuation, and financial analysis and reporting, with a particular focus on complex projects at the intersection of finance, taxation, and business strategy. She specializes in financial modeling, transaction analysis, and developing solutions to support management decisions and investment processes.

Malwina has gained experience both in financial institutions and in consulting for the private sector. She has carried out projects for entities across many industries, including e-commerce, automotive, FMCG, IT, pharmaceuticals, and construction.

She is a graduate of the Wrocław University of Technology and has completed numerous postgraduate programs, including courses in programming and data analytics, transfer pricing (Warsaw School of Economics), and financial analysis and forensic auditing (Wrocław University of Economics).

She participated in a working group under the Minister of Finance, where she helped develop recommendations on transfer pricing for intangible assets that are difficult to value. She is a member of industry organizations, including the Transfer Pricing Center Association and the Association of Certified Business Valuators in Poland.

In projects, Malwina brings an interdisciplinary approach and the ability to combine tax, financial, and business perspectives into coherent, practical recommendations for management boards and investors.

Outside of work, she is interested in the capital markets and spends her free time engaging in sports, particularly cycling and shooting.
