Marcin Chruszczyński

Marcin combines in-depth knowledge of finance with over 25 years of international professional experience. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Rotterdam, where he audited the financial statements of multinational companies.

After 3 years in the Netherlands, he moved to Wrocław, where, during his four years at PwC, he not only led teams conducting financial statement audits but also participated in advisory projects (transactional due diligence; initial public offerings on the Warsaw Stock Exchange; reviews of business processes and internal control systems).

Starting in 2009, Marcin served as Chief Operating and Financial Officer at NK.pl, where he also participated in a startup investment program.

In January 2013, he began working as a Fund Accounting Senior Manager at Bank of New York Mellon, where he managed a team of over twenty specialists responsible for transferring — from Ireland — and subsequently conducting, in Wrocław, the valuation process for the shares of several dozen investment funds managed by a major European bank. Just before joining OW Analytics, Marcin spent a year working as Finance and Reporting Manager at the international Sidel Group (part of the TetraPak/TetraLaval group), where he was responsible for establishing an accounting team, implementing the SAP system, and relocating the accounting and reporting processes of several Sidel Group companies from Western European countries and Russia to Poland.

Marcin has been a certified ACCA member since 2004. He is fluent in English and has a working knowledge of German and Dutch.
