His legal education from the University of Wrocław and his professional experience in tax matters allow him to take a broader view of the issues under analysis. In his work, he combines knowledge of regulations and OECD guidelines with a practical approach to the business aspects of transactions. Michał pays particular attention to ensuring that the documentation is consistent with the actual functional profile of the parties and the course of the transaction, as well as with current tax authority practices and the latest case law.

He regularly participates in conferences, training sessions, and industry events dedicated to transfer pricing.

Throughout his professional career, he has, among other things, carried out documentation projects for large corporate groups, developed transfer pricing policies, and conducted transfer pricing reviews.

He likes to spend his free time being active — for example, at the gym, playing badminton, or hiking. He is also interested in soccer and snooker.
